• Player information — athlete name, graduation year, position, team assignment, and stats.
• Account credentials — email and authentication data for staff accounts.
• Communications — contact-form submissions, messages, and support requests.
• Order details — merchandise selections (item, colorway, size, quantity) and delivery info.
• Usage and device data — pages visited, email open/click engagement, IP address, and browser/device identifiers.

Payment card and billing data are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored by us.

• Providing the service — registrations, rosters, schedules, orders, and staff tools (performance of a contract).
• Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).
• Customer support and program communications (performance of a contract / legitimate interests).
• Product improvement and analytics (legitimate interests).
• Marketing updates, where you have opted in (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above (including legal, tax, and accounting requirements), after which it is deleted or anonymised.
