This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from No Future Without Art LLC (operating Moore H.Y.P.E. Elite and Moore H.Y.P.E. Development), including program dues, software subscriptions, and merchandise preorders.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Purchases are sold by No Future Without Art LLC and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund, email our support team at Moorehypeelite@gmail.com with your order date and the email address used at checkout, and we'll take care of it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future billing; the 30-day guarantee above applies to refund requests for recent charges.
