These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and No Future Without Art LLC, operating the Moore H.Y.P.E. Elite and Moore H.Y.P.E. Development girls basketball programs ("Moore H.Y.P.E.", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this website, registering for programs, or purchasing any product or subscription, you agree to these Terms.

We provide youth basketball program registration, team communications, schedules, stats, recruiting profiles, and related content, as well as program-management software subscriptions for sports organizations, and merchandise preorders (apparel such as t-shirts, hoodies, and socks).

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian register on your behalf) and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

Purchases are sold by No Future Without Art LLC. Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card details.

By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's End User Terms, which apply to payments made through our checkout, in addition to these Terms.

Program dues (e.g., Development and Elite season dues), software subscriptions, and merchandise are priced at checkout. Subscriptions renew at the stated billing frequency until cancelled. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not misuse the service, including:

• Any unlawful use, fraud, or spam;
• Infringing intellectual property rights of others;
• Interfering with the security or operation of the service (malware, probing, scraping, or circumvention of technical limits);
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service or its content.

No Future Without Art LLC retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, branding, logos, photos, and video content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan or purchase.

Content you submit (such as player information, photos, or messages) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of the service. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, access to the service ends; where applicable we will provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
